False receipt and auto renew
Have just received a receipt for an "auto renew" of a years' supply of this toilet cleaner for £350!
phone numbers given on the e-mail are false.
Anyone else had this problem?
Product does not meet claims
Tried out this product today expecting great results. Does not foam up as indicated their advertisement.
Didn't even touch the water line stains. Waste of good money. Don't buy.
No matter how I save my receipt this web site says it is unacceptable. Glad to provide proof of purchase via e-mail.

Doesn't do anything.

Lousy product
The foam only formed in the water, never foam in the whole bowl. Besides I have to use brush to clean the toilet. Its just like other toilet cleaner, maybe even worse.dontdo

Never received or heard from you
Never received product.
I would like a full refund.
I have not received my order nor heard a word from you even after multiple emails asking for help.
I will be reporting you to the better business in one day unless I do hear from you and I do receive my refund.
I believe this is a fraudulent business.

I am pissed off. They screwed me out of money.
Bad tip. I tried to buy it online, and it added on faster shipping after I said NO.
I had to actually cancel my credit card rather than have to pay them. It is a good thing I called my credit card in the middle of the transaction to find that had already taken my money before I even completed the order.

Toilet bowl cleaner - BowlSparkle
The toilet bowl cleaner does not work - at all. On top of that, the powder is easily breathed in and scary (perhaps toxic?).
Do not buy this product or anything associated with BowlSparkle. I did complain to the company and was offered and accepted a partial refund. So, there is that.
Do not be gullible. Others reporting this is a scam are right.
I did not see a place on the website to enter a review - although there are a few glowing reviews listed. Again, BowlSparkle products do not work and are not as advertised.

Doesn't work. Very disapointed.
Cost a fortune and doesn't work. Even with a lot of scrubbing.
The regular grocery store commode cleaners work better. SAD. I'm not one to go through the trouble of sending stuff back but definitely should have.

Have not received Package.
I still haven't received my package of bowlsparkle yet. I have been told it would arrive by 7pm 5 days in a row.by UPS.
Tracking number 926129****051954****761676. Today is 3/28/2022 after 7pm...
I called ups and they told me you shipped the cheapest way possible. I thought I paid extra for expedited shipping. I ordered another package the next day from Montana, my pillow shipped Fedex and it arrived last week.

They keep billing me
I occasionally see emails that they sent me auto renew products and charged my credit card but I see nothing on my credit cards and don't know who they are.
Preferred solution: I'd like to get off your email scam list.

Followed directions of putting 2 - 3 scoops in toilet, it foamed about maybe half an inch, did not cover the bowl as it showed in the ads, then it just sat there and didn't even clean the toilet at all. I still had all the same rust stains as before.
So I tried swishing and scrubbing after it set for an hour. It said at least 30 minutes. Nothing came off with the scrubbing either. It may as well have been baking soda, no wait that would probably work better.
Don't waste your time or money getting this product. I think the videos and reviews are fake. It did not turn blue and did not fill the bowl. Then it says it's easy to return for a full refund, which you pay for shipping and then they take off what their shipping to you was, so you might get half back.
On top of all that, I think it has something that burned my throat even though it didn't mention that it might cause issues other than do not ingest and don't get in eyes. I wore rubber gloves and sprinkled carefully but my throat is irritated now. READ all the reviews first!
Its a scam, and I usually don't fall for them. An E-magazine recommended so I thought it would be safe.

received auto renew invoice - when I called them about the invoice and said it was a scam - the woman said because I said it was a scam there would be no refund. I tried a sample of their product about a year ago, it didn't work as advertised.
I never signed up for auto renew. Stay away from this product and this company

Just received an email invoice claiming to be from Bowl Sparkle showing an "auto renew mode" purchase for over $400 on "card" with **** instead of actual numbers! I've never bought the product before and this appears to be a phishing scam prompting a phone call in alarm over the charges in which I'm sure they try to get you to GIVE them a credit card number or other ID info to initiate the scam. Don't know if Bowl Sparkle is part of the scam itself or the unfortunate name victim of the scammers, but as a product it doesn't appear to be any good from the few reviews it's gotten.
Tried product yesterday. Marginal at best; did not remove hard water stain around bowl as advertised; did not foam up as much as advertised; had to use a pumice stone on the hard water stain.
I already had the pumice stone in the house. There was no need for me to buy bowlsparkle as I had to use elbow grease anyway-- so much for labor saving. I feel stupid and cheated. I overpaid for mediocre product.

I tried the product also Bowl Sparkle and it did nothing at all used four dippers full for on bowl with no results whatsoever. Pissed hope to get a full refund, stay away for this product it may be just a plain old cleaner no beeter than ajax.
I just received an E-Receipt for an order I didn't place for this. It was on my email. It was for Auto Renew Mode for a total of $367.00
I just got an email that said that I was charged $292.89 I called 786-699-****. They said they would transfer me to the cancellation department.
They stated that "Since it was a recorded line they could not tell me where the product was sent LAST YEAR or what card was used" A few moments later I was transferred to the cancellation department and the same thing "They can not share any info with me but will send me an email and direct me as to how to cancel the order and get a refund" before they could do that the person hung up and now 786-699-**** is disconnected.
I called from another phone and it was again disconnected. I called a third time and it said "The text customer is unavailable."
If you didnt place the order just ignore the message its a phishing message they want you to follow the lead back to there site so you can "CANCEL" the order but there is no order and they will copy your details once you log on, access your bank or get a loan with your details. Just delete it I do all the time, all they really want is access to your machine cant get it unless you contact them and let them in
I also just received an e-bill. Mine was $370 plus $15 for shipping.
If you notice, the bill is from Bowl Pro LLC, which does not exist. Also, any legitimate company would have the company address on the bill, which this does not.
I checked my bank account statement and nothing has been deducted regarding this company or the amount. I hope anyone receiving an e-bill from this company does not call the phone number listed because I suspect that is what the company is hoping for in order to gain access to a person's banking information.
